Your details
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, phone number, email address and message when you use the enquiry form or the chat, your details and a scrambled copy of your password if you create an account (which is optional), and a technical address for your device if you turn on notifications. We do not sell your details or use advertising or analytics trackers.
Why
To answer your enquiry, quote on your project, and, if you asked for them, send you notifications. In line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we use your details only for these purposes.
Cookies and storage
A cookie links you to your chat and enquiries so you can come back to them, with no account or login. If you choose to create an account, another cookie keeps you signed in. Your device also remembers your light or dark choice, your notification settings and that you have seen our cookie notice. None of these track you across other sites, and we use no advertising or analytics cookies.
Maps and videos
The map on the contact page comes from Google, and videos may come from Facebook or YouTube. They load only after you tap them, and those companies may then set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
